Whether you've got questions, comments or information, we'd love to hear from you. Drop us a line using the quick form below.
If you are submitting photos and information, you can send them directly to us at [email protected] and we'll peruse them as soon as we can. (We try to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible. That being said, please understand that all research, photo examination, cross-referencing, site updates, et cetera, are done in our free time as a labor of love. We all work full-time jobs and are susceptible to the same everyday crises as the next person, and some days we are simply unable to devote the time to the Registry that we would like. But bear with us. We'll get back to you as soon as we can.)
On another note, as we frequently purchase Gatcomb ephemera, we do not offer appraisals. Many would see it as a conflict of interest for us to estimate a value on your item, and that's something we simply want to avoid. If you are trying to determine the value of your instrument, I would recommend viewing past listings on various auction sites and making note of not only the sale price, but also the instrument model and its overall condition. (While classifieds sites frequently have banjos for sale, it is common for their asking prices to be above market -- sometimes astronomically. If they are still listed after an extended stay on the website, it's most likely because the price is more than optimistic.)
